2024 WIRMC Registration

February 28 - March 1, 2024 at the Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells, WI

Pre-registration checklist

Registering for this conference takes about 10 minutes but will go quicker when you have all the information needed for each registrant in advance.

Use this checklist to prepare. 


Registration type:   Know which type of registration each attendee will select.   SCROLL DOWN FOR MORE DETAILS.

Email address:   Each attendee must have a different email address, even if you are registering multiple people 

CEUs: If the attendee would like CEU Credit from the WI DNR or SWANA, please have their WDNR Operator Certification # and/or SWANA # ready. 

Wednesday Field Trip (limited seats):  Does the attendee want to tour Poynette Ironworks & Penda Corporation?  Sign up at registration (additional $25/person)

Wednesday lunch (optional):  In the past we offered a grab and go boxed lunch, but this year attendees will have the option of a fajita buffet with about 30 minutes to eat. There will be time for those going on the tour or attending the workshop, to eat before their event starts (additional $25/person)  

Thursday lunch selection (if applicable): 

  • Roast pork & stuffing: rubbed w/ olive oil and rock salt, braised to seal in juices, served in its own natural pan gravy, atop homemade apple bread stuffing

  • Chicken parmesan: seasoned chicken breast on a bed of fettuccine pasta, smothered with cheeses and marinara sauce

  • Vegetable lasagna (vegetarian):  layered lasagna noodles, green and yellow squash, onions, mushrooms, and peppers, with cottage, parmesan, and ricotta cheeses, and a robust tomato marinara sauce with Italian herbs and spices



Booth # selection:   Review the EXHIBITOR's Page: View the pricing options, along with the map of the Hall and the list of Exhibitors-to-Date to see which booths are available, or which have been selected.

Type of business:   Be prepared to write a short description of your company, 20 characters max.

Booth electricity:   Additional $55.

Want a corner booth? Additional $40.

Need to register additional booth staff?  If so, have the name, email, and lunch selection for each additional staff person

By credit card: You will need the name/address as listed on account, card type and #, expiration date, 3-digit security code.

Registration Options & Pricing

CANCELLATION POLICY:   If canceling prior to 2/9/24, your paid amount will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee
No refunds given on or after 2/9/2024! (regardless of weather, illnesses, or unforeseen circumstances).
