2026 WIRMC Registration

SPECIAL NOTICE 10/20/25: The widespread outage affecting Amazon's cloud computing services impacted CVENT, our online registration software. If you tried to register on 10/20, we apologize for the inconvenience. Everything is back online, and registration is now accessible.

CANCELLATION POLICY:   If canceling prior to 1/26/26, your paid amount will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee
No refunds given on or after 1/26/2026! (regardless of weather, illnesses, or unforeseen circumstances).

Pre-registration checklist

Registering for this conference takes about 10 minutes but will go quicker when you have all the information needed for each registrant in advance.

Use this checklist to prepare. 

ALL ATTENDEES

Registration type:   Know which type of registration each attendee will select.   SCROLL DOWN FOR MORE DETAILS.

Email address:   Each attendee must have a different email address, even if you are registering multiple people 

CEUs: If the attendee would like CEU Credit from the WI DNR or SWANA, please have their WDNR Operator Certification # and/or SWANA # ready. 

Wednesday lunch (optional):  Attendees will have the option of a deconstructed lunch. There will be time to eat for those attending afternoon workshops or the field trip (additional $30/person)  

Field Trip (optional): Select this option to register for attending the field trip. ($50/person). 

Thursday lunch selection (if applicable): 

  • Sausage- Rigatoni - Rigatoni pasta, crushed red pepper flake, Italian sausage, roasted peppers, grape tomatoes, basil, fresh mozzarella, tossed in a rich tomato sauce.

  • Chicken - Herb Chicken Breast – Balsamic orange, chicken jus, and wild rice. 

  • Vegetable - Vegetable Ragout - Slow braised squash, cannellini beans, tomato, peppers, Swiss chard, red onion, fennel, basil with saffron rice.  (Gluten free)

All entrees are served with seasonal vegetables, homemade dinner rolls, coffee, tea, and milk.  ​​(Special dietary requests can be made during registration.) 

EXHIBITORS

Booth # selection:   Review the EXHIBITOR's Page: View the pricing options, along with the map of the Hall and the list of Exhibitors-to-Date to see which booths are available, or which have been selected.

Type of business:   Be prepared to write a short description of your company, 20 characters max.

Booth electricity:   Additional $55.

Want a corner booth? Additional $60.

Need to register additional booth staff?  If so, have the name, email, and lunch selection for each additional staff person

PAYMENT OPTIONS

By credit card: You will need the name/address as listed on account, card type and #, expiration date, 3-digit security code.
