"When & What" Details
Booth Set-Up: Noon - 5:00pm, Wed 2/22
Exhibit Hall Hours: 8am - 6pm, Thurs 2/23
Booth Take Down: 6 - 9pm, Thurs 2/23
Each Exhibitor Registration includes:
A carpeted 8' deep x 10' wide booth space, skirted 8’ table, pipe & drape, (2) chairs, listing in Conference Program & App, and (1) Full Conference Registration.
Drayage fees are not included.

Exhibitor Non-Profit / Government: $ 435
Electricity: $ 75
Internet: Free wi-fi
End cap booth: additional $40
Additional Booth Staff: $ 115
All those staffing booths must be registered.
Rates change after 2/1/2023.

Exhibit Hall Events
Morning Coffee Break:
10:00-10:45am complimentary coffee & donuts
Dessert Reception:
1:15 - 2:30 pm complimentary coffee, soda, desserts
Exhibitor's Reception:
4:45 - 6:00 pm complimentary beverages & hot/cold hors d oeuvres
NO meetings or sessions are scheduled during the Exhibit Hall Socials.

Opportunities for Added Exposure

Exhibitors Drawing: Vendors may provide an item valued at a minimum of $25.

Participating vendors must confirm their participating by 8:00 am on Thursday 2/23.

Drawings will happen Thursday afternoon at 2:00 during the Dessert Reception

Winners will pick up items from your booth. (must be present to win)

Any prizes not picked up by 6:00 will be drawn again and announced during the Exhibitor's Reception.
Exhibitors Raffle: Provide an item or gift card* with a minimum $250 value for our Raffle and get your business & item in our program app!

Must confirm raffle item to WIRMC staff (susan@recyclingconnections.org) no later than February 11th.

Raffle tickets will be sold onsite at the WIRMC Registration area starting on Wednesday 2/22-Thursday 2/23 until 5:30 pm, and at roaming sellers during open exhibit hall times on Thursday.

Drawing time: 5:45 pm on 2/23 near the Exhibit Hall (must be present to win)
Note: WIRMC reserves the right to reject any specific item donation at their discretion.
Note: Proceeds are used to help keep costs low for student registration rates.
Friday Closing Door Prizes: Provide an item or gift card with a minimum $50 value.

Drop off items at the registration booth before 4pm Thursday.

Names will be drawn on Friday at 12:00pm. (must be present to win)


Exhibit Hall-Only Passes

Passes good only on 2/23/22 from
8:00 am to 4:30 pm. -
$25/person (incl. refreshments served in the Exhibit Hall prior to 4:30 pm).

Passes may be purchased in advanced. A link will be added at a later date. Passes may also be purchased onsite at the Registration Desk.

All visitors to the Exhibit Hall must first check in at the Registration Desk to receive their access badge!

Passes do NOT include any other WIRMC activities.
