EXHIBITOR'S DRAWING: Donate an item that will be displayed at your booth. During the Dessert Reception, we will go around the Expo Hall and draw names from the jar placed at your booth. We will make an announcement to all conference attendees and publicly thank you for your contribution. Prizes should have a minimum value of $25. The drawing will take place Thursday, February 27th at 2:00 PM during the Dessert Reception.


EXHIBITOR'S RAFFLE: This event helps support our low-cost conference registration for students. We hope to have a minimum of 4 high ticket prizes to host a raffle Thursday in the Expo Hall. Provide an item or gift card with a minimum $250 value for our Raffle ad get your business & item in our program app!


FRIDAY CLOSING DOOR PRIZES: Provide an item or gift card with a minimum $50 value to be given at the Closing Ceremony. We will publicly announce the donors and thank them for their contribution.

No meetings or sessions are scheduled during the Exhibit Hall Socials; it's all about networking!​

Exhibit Hall-Only Passes
  • $25/person

    • access to Exhibit Hall only, on 2/27, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

    • includes refreshments served in Exhibit Hall prior to 4:30 pm

    • does not include meals, socials, or presentations

  • May be purchased in advance; link will be posted closer to event dates.  Passes may also be purchased onsite at the Registration Desk.

  • All visitors to the Exhibit Hall must first check in at the Registration Desk to receive their access badge
