All individual reservations require a one night deposit plus taxes and fees at the time the reservation is made.
All sleeping rooms are subjected to occupancy taxes and fees unless paid by an authorized and documented tax exempt organization.
All registered guests will receive complimentary waterpark passes for the duration of their stay.

Reservation Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled 72 hours or more in advance of arrival will receive a refund less a $30 processing fee. Cancellations made withing the 72 hours prior will forfeit the full deposit amount.

In order to meet the programming needs of our annual professional conference, as well as the comfort and convenience

of our attendees, exhibitors and speakers, the Wisconsin Integrated Resource Management Conference has determined

basic requirements and preferences/priorities for venues to potentially host our conference.

These requirements and preferences have been determined by the WIRMC Planning Committee as of the date posted, however the Committee may alter these at any time at their discretion to meet the needs of the conference as a whole.
