Mini-Golf
Welcome Event
Let's kick off conference with some fun!
Get ready to unleash your inner champion at the SWANA Young Professionals and AROW Emerging Leaders’ Welcome Event – a nostalgic mini-golf tournament that’s not just about putting, but about connecting and networking!
Tournament play will begin at 7:30 PM on Wednesday, February 26th, but watch out, sponsors of each hole have the option of adding obstacles so it might not be as easy as you remember! After the tournament has concluded, the holes will be open for free play. Grab your clubs and get ready to swing! FORE!!!
Safety Resource Center
Every year the SWANA WI Safety Committee keeps us updated on the latest safety resources and events available to keep our workers safe so they can return home every day after work. Be sure to stop by to see their exhibit in the registration lobby!
Thursday Night Hospitality
Don’t forget to pack your dancing shoes for WIRMC because Foth’s Hospitality Event is going to be a rockin’ good time! Thursday night will be a night of socializing, kicking back, enjoying live music from Lincoln Highway and hangouts, all courtesy of Foth. There will be food, drinks, games, prizes, and LOTS of fun.
Striving for
Low Waste
We ask all Sponsors, Exhibitors, and Attendees to strive for low to no waste options at the event.

We work closely with the venue to provide reusable and bulk condiments as much as possible.

Food scraps are collected and composted during the event.

Exhibitors, please be mindful of the give aways at your booth. Offer thoughtful swag. Minimize items that will be landfilled within 6 months.

Attendees, bring your reusables -- water bottle, coffee mug, bag, and reusable take-out containers (for those of us who can't always finish our plate or will be eating out on the road).
