The  Wisconsin Integrated Resource Management Conference is an excellent opportunity
to highlight your business or organization to approximately 300 attendees,
and countless more contacts that visit our website!

"When & What" Details
 

Booth Set-Up:        12:00pm - 6:30pm  Wed 2/26

Exhibit Hall Hours: 8:00am - 6:15pm Thurs 2/27

Booth Take Down:       6:15 - 9:00pm Thurs 2/27

 

Each Exhibitor Registration includes:
A carpeted 8' deep x 10' wide booth space, skirted 8’ table, pipe & drape, (2) chairs, listing in Conference Program, and (1) Full Conference Registration.  

 

Drayage fees are not included. 

Exhibit Hall Opening Event
8:00 - 9:30 am, Thurs. 2/27
 
  • Exhibitors Drawing Kick-Off:  Bring prizes for special drawing that will go throughout the day. See details below.

  • Coffee and light morning refreshments will be available, complimentary.

  • NO meetings or sessions will be scheduled during the Opening Event.

Other Exhibit Hall Events
 
  • Dessert Reception:
    1:15 - 2:30 pm complimentary coffee, soda, desserts 
     

  • Exhibitor's Reception: 
    4:45 - 6:15 pm complimentary beverages & hot/cold hors d oeuvres
     

  • Raffle drawings at 6:00 pm.

Exhibit Hall-Only Passes
 
  • Passes good only on 2/27/19 from 
    8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

  • $25/person (incl. refreshments served in the Exhibit Hall prior to 4:30 pm). 

  • Passes are purchased onsite and do NOT include any other WIRMC activities.

  • Exhibitors: You can pre-purchase passes with your registration and offer to potential customers (that will not be attending WIRMC) to visit you!

Opportunities for Added Exposure
Take advantage of one of our opportunities to gain some added exposure at the conference. From raffles to drawings to door prizes and advertising. We offer many ways to get noticed during the conference.

Exhibitors Raffle: Provide an item or gift card* with a minimum $250 value for our Raffle and get your
business & item listed in our program and app! 

  • Must confirm raffle item to WIRMC staff (susan@recyclingconnections.org) by no later than February 14th.

  • Raffle tickets will be sold onsite at the WIRMC Registration area starting on Wednesday 2/26 - Thursday 2/27 til 6pm,
    and at roaming sellers during open exhibit hall times on Thursday.  

  • Drawing Time:  6:15 pm on 2/27/20 near the Exhibit Hall (must be present to win).

  *WIRMC reserves the right to reject any specific item donation, at their discretion.

Exhibitors Drawing: Vendors may provide an item valued at a minimum of $25.

  • Participating vendors must confirm their participating by 8:00 am on Thursday 2/27.

  • Drawings will happen Thursday afternoon at 2:00 during the Dessert Reception

  • Winners will pick up items from your booth. (must be present to win)

  • Any prizes not picked up by 6:00 will be drawn again and announced before the Raffle drawing.

  

Friday Closing Door Prizes: Provide an item or gift card with a minimum $50 value.

  • Drop off items at the registration booth before 4pm Thursday.

  • Names will be drawn on Friday at 12:00pm. (must be present to win)

 

Advertising: Place an ad on the website and/or the app. Get seen before, during, and after the conference.
